Nice touch to have central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge. - the setting is great, near to city center and a quiet residential area, which enables a good rest after sightseeing in Rome. - Casalice, where you can eat dinner, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The rooms were impeccably clean. We could park onsite. The property's location was quiet and great, close to the main railway station. It was 10 minutes by car to Torre Rossa. We truly enjoyed our choice of staying at this property for 3 nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Oasi San Francesco. the location was peaceful and calm, away from the hustle and bustle. the staff was lovely and available 24/7, always ready to assist with any requests. the room was clean and comfortable, complete with air conditioning. Although not centrally located, it was just a 3-minute walk to access public transportation. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 😃.

We arrived late at night and initially had trouble finding the hotel due to the lack of signage. However, a friendly hotel worker happened to arrive and opened the gate for us. It would have been helpful if there were clearer directions or indications of the hotel's location.

Although Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms, this was already mentioned on the hotel's website. It would have been a bonus if Wi-Fi was provided, but there are designated areas on the ground floor where guests can work comfortably.
